She continues to strive for excellence and innovation, and she’s always ready with personal travel recommendations from her extensive travels.

General Manager
With over 24 years at Spencer Travel, Tina embodies the heart and spirit of the company. Starting her journey on Reception and progressing through every level of the business to her current role as General Manager, she brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and leadership to the team. Deeply respected by her clients, colleagues, suppliers, and the wider travel industry, Tina’s dedication and passion for delivering exceptional service have made her an integral part of Spencer Travel’s success and culture.

Louise Brown
Head of Leisure
Louise started as an office receptionist at Spencer Travel in 2002 and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2015. As the Head of Leisure, she collaborates with our team of travel specialists and manages our new brand, Spencer Travel Wellness. Louise is a well-liked team member and a key player in ensuring our clients benefit from our relationships with supplier partners.

Head of Affiliates
With more than 20 years’ experience leading major travel networks, Kate specialises in supporting and accelerating the success of independent travel businesses. She has a proven record in strategic growth, network development and building strong commercial partnerships across Australia’s travel sector. As Head of Affiliates, Kate is dedicated to delivering strong value, advocacy and operational support to ensure every Spencer Travel affiliate is positioned for sustainable growth.
