Penny SpencerManaging Director

Penny has had over 30 years’ experience in the Travel Industry, working in a number of areas but predominately corporate travel and high end leisure. She has a passion for travel and the industry and having travelled extensively she can give you her own personal recommendations.

After starting Spencer Travel Oct 1998, Penny has educated herself in Business skills and has grown the business 150% since opening the doors.

Having been awarded numerous industries and non industry awards, including being a Finalist in the Telstra Businesswomen’s Awards, Penny continues to contribute to the Travel Industry by being on numerous committees and Boards. She continues to strive for excellence and innovation in everything that she does.

Louise BrownHead of Leisure

Louise joined Spencer Travel in 2002 as the office receptionist and became a consultant shortly after, working in both the corporate and leisure sides of the business.

She was promoted to Operations Manager in 2015 to work with our supplier partners, ensuring Spencer Travel’s clients benefit from our relationships as well as managing her own client’s travel arrangements.

In her capacity as Head of Leisure, Louise works closely with the Spencer Travel Leisure travel specialists and with our new brand, Spencer Travel Wellness, as well as looking after her own leisure clients.

Carissa JohnsonSenior Travel Specialist

Favourite type of holiday: I love to explore, enjoy culture and great food, with the comforts of a luxury resort to return to at the end of the day.

Favourite destination: South America, the Maldives and Spain are amongst my favourites.

Favourite type of holiday: Relaxing in the sun with a good book to unwind plus sightseeing, retail therapy and visiting friends and family.

Favourite destination: I love the Maldives and Tahiti, but I just adore the Greek Islands.
