Penny SpencerManaging Director

As our Managing Director, Penny brings over 30 years of experience in the travel industry, specialising in corporate travel and high-end leisure. Penny started Spencer Travel in October 1998 and has since grown the business by 150%. She continues to strive for excellence and innovation, and she’s always ready with personal travel recommendations from her extensive travels.

Louise BrownHead of Leisure

Louise started as an office receptionist at Spencer Travel in 2002 and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2015. As the Head of Leisure, she collaborates with our team of travel specialists and manages our new brand, Spencer Travel Wellness. Louise is a well-liked team member and a key player in ensuring our clients benefit from our relationships with supplier partners.

Carissa JohnsonSenior Travel Specialist

As a Senior Travel Specialist, Carissa loves exploring new cultures and enjoying great food, with a luxury resort to return to at the end of the day. She has a special love for South America, the Maldives, and Spain.

Maria is a CLIA Masters Accredited Senior Travel Specialist who loves relaxing in the sun with a good book, sightseeing, and retail therapy. Her favourite destinations include the Maldives, Tahiti, and the Greek Islands.

Heather is a CLIA Ambassador Accredited Travel Specialist who enjoys ocean and river cruising, beach holidays, and discovering amazing places along the way. Her favourite destinations include Italy, New Zealand, and Tahiti.
